Payment & Cancellation Policy

When you contact Brí Counselling and Psychotherapy, you can expect a free initial intake phone call lasting no more than 15 minutes. The purpose of this call is to get some initial information and a chat about why you are seeking therapy. If you choose to continue therapy with Brí Counselling and Psychotherapy, we can schedule a session for you, either in-person or online.

Payments and Cancellations

To secure your appointment, I kindly ask that payment be made in advance using a link that will be sent to you following the initial phone call. Please note that sessions are not confirmed until payment has been received.

I kindly ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% fee, and within 24 hours incurs full fee.
